The NFL Network announced on Tuesday that it will add Carla Lopez to its music lineup as the new music creator for its YouTube channel.
Lopez previously worked on the NFL’s first two music channels, the NFL Network and NFL GameDay Experience, and her debut music venture, The Carla & Mike Show, will focus on her life as a rapper and musician.
Lottas first foray into music came in 2016 with a single on the album “A Love That Wasn’t,” which featured the rapper Lil Wayne and rapper Drake.
In 2017, she collaborated with Lil Wayne on “I’m a Man.”
In 2018, she released her first mixtape, “I Can’t Get Enough,” which she released on the College Music Network.
In 2019, she debuted her first full-length album, “My Big Dream.”
In 2020, she returned to her original hip-hop roots with her album “B.A.B. B.A.,” which featured Lil Wayne, Drake, Future, and Future.
In 2021, she followed that up with her third full-album, “Hip Hop,” which features Future, Future’s Bad Boyz, and Young Thug.
The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
In 2018, Lopez also released her fourth full-song project, “The Ballad of the Black Madonna,” which was produced by producer and producer DJ Premier and featured a guest appearance by Kendrick Lamar.
She also worked with Lamar on a single called “Bomani.”
Lopez was signed to Def Jam Entertainment in 2019.
She released her fifth full-single, “It Ain’t Over,” which appeared on the BET Hip Hop Album of the Year.
In 2021, Lopez released her sixth full-mixtape, The Mixtape.
The follow-up to “The Black Madonna” reached No. 2 on the Hot 100 and topped the Billboard Top R&b/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
The project featured collaborations with Drake, Lil Wayne’s Future, Young Thung, and others.
In 2018 and 2019, Lopez worked with Drake on the “No More Parties in LA” album.
In 2019, the rapper announced her own music venture.
In 2020 and 2021, Carla released her second mixtape “The Mixtape 2,” which included collaborations with the rapper Young Thang, Future and more.
The mixtape debuted at Number Two on the Rap Songs chart and debuted at number one on the Adult Contemporary chart.
In 2022, Lopez collaborated with Young Thun on “Drake’s Birthday Party.”
In 2024, Lopez appeared on his birthday and appeared on an episode of his new reality TV show, Drake’s Life.
In 2025, Lopez teamed with Young B to release her debut album, The Dont Give Up.
In 2026, Lopez made her debut with her second full-measure album, My Big Dream 2.
In 2030, she teamed up with Future and Lil Wayne to release the single “It’s Time.”
In 2021 and 2020, Lopez helped produce the album Future: Future Is Now.
In the latter year, Lopez partnered with Future for the singles “You’re My Everything,” “Love Is a Warm Gun,” and “I Want You Back.”
In 2020, Lil Yachty released her third studio album, Mixtape 3.
The effort featured collaborations from Future, Lil Drake, Chance the Rapper, and more, as well as a guest appearances by Kendrick, Chance, Future Jr., and Future’s daughter, Ciara.
In addition to collaborations with Future, Lopez had a guest role on Future’s hit single, “Bad Boyz.”
In 2021 and 2023, Lopez and Lil Uzi Vert collaborated on the single, “#LoveIsAWarmGun.”
In 2019 and 2020 with Carla, she worked on several music projects including her first solo mixtape and her first EP.
In 2015, she dropped her third solo album, Cara: Live, and she released the single”I Love the Sunshine.”
In 2016, she recorded a collaborative album with Young G. She collaborated with Future on the singles, “Coconut Ice” and “Summertime.”
In 2017 she collaborated on Future and Future Jr.’s single,”It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
In the summer of 2018, Carra released her debut solo album.
