You can cancel Amazon music on your iPhone and iPod touch using the Apple Music app, but it won’t be easy.
Apple Music is currently only available to customers who have the Apple ID on their devices, so if you don’t have that on your device, you won’t have access to the app.
If you do have an Apple ID, you’ll need to log in to your account on the Apple App Store and sign in with your Apple ID to cancel.
The cancellation process isn’t entirely painless, but you’ll likely need to sign into your account and select “My Account” to do so.
After that, you should see the option to cancel Apple Music in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Selecting this option will take you to a page where you’ll be able to cancel your subscription.
If this option doesn’t appear, you’re still on the cancellation list and you can still sign into the Apple account to cancel a free trial.
You can also try the other methods to cancel music, like using a phone or tablet to send the email, or even just checking your Apple Music account to see if your subscription is on hold.
If Amazon Music doesn’t work for you, you can contact the company directly.
